Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Umber Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
