Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind Corner Financial is a financial-services company in Baltimore, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
