Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Austin, TX)

Silverline Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Austin serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
