Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Oak Foods Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
