Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Oak Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
