Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Yarrow Civic Services supports public agencies in Austin with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
