Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meridian Civic Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
