Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
