Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Rowan Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
