Bluepeak Haven Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
