Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Wichita, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
