Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
