Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Associates and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 246 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
