Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Wichita, KS)

Nova Umber Foods Partners produces packaged foods at its Wichita plant, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
