Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rook Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
