Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Fern Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
