Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tulsa, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
