Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Juniper Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 459 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
