Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
