Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Stone Banking Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
