Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Linden Health Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
