Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bright Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
