Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tucson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 310 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
