Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Yarrow Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Tucson plant, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
