Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Fern Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tucson area. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We invest in training. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
