Redstone Ember Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Tucson area. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
