Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Glen Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tucson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
