Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Clear Energy Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
