Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tucson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
