Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Meadow Financial is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
