Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Meridian Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tampa. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
