Cedar Amber Medical Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
