Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Drift Foods is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
