Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Pike Construction is a Spokane contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
