Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Cobalt Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Spokane, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
