Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Pine Financial is a financial-services company in Seattle, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
