Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Seattle producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
