Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services Partners provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Seattle, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
