Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Seattle, WA)

Nova Vale Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Seattle, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
