Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Meadow Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
