Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Oak Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Seattle focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
