Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Wren Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Seattle, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
