Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Clear Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
