Rivermark Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
