Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
