Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Iron Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Salt Lake City region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
