Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Rowan Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
