Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Junction Insurance is an insurance company in Sacramento with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
