Lumen Studio is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
