We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Transit Planning and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
